Run ScriptBuilder
- About ScriptBuilder
ServerMagic includes the ability to make any changes to the partitions/ volume sets and segments on a computer by running a script that you create with ScriptBuilder. The script is an ASCII file with text statements that define the operations to take place.
To play the script from ServerMagic, you click Tools > Scripting > Play Script File. If the program encounters an error, the script will end immediately and the error is displayed in the message pane of the ScriptBuilder program.
Each operation in the script is run on the partition that was last specified. This means that you must specify a partition before any operation.
